Course fees  

Fees include materials and are invoiced in two installments.

• 1.33 h (60 min) €80 (autumn €40 / spring €40)  
• 2 lessons €105 (autumn €52.50 / spring €52.50)  
• 3 lessons €130 (autumn €65 / spring €65)

Cancelling a course place  

Enrollment in courses is binding. If you cannot accept the course place or want to discontinue your participation, make the cancellation in good time either in the electronic registration system or by contacting the institute’s office.

Not paying the invoice or informing the teacher is not sufficient as a cancellation. A cancellation must be made so that the vacated place can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

If you do not attend the first meeting of the course and do not report your absence, the course place may be given to someone on the waiting list.

Cancellation terms:  

• Cancellation five (5) days before the start of the course: €0  
• Cancellation after the first course session: €12 cancellation fee  
• Cancellation after the second course session: the full course fee will be charged

Purchases and arrangements for courses are made based on the number of enrolled participants. For this reason, late cancellations directly affect the implementation and costs of the course.

Special situations  

If there are fewer than 5 days until the start of the course and the number of participants remains below the course’s minimum number of participants, the full course fee may be charged for cancelling the course place. This practice safeguards the running of the course and ensures equal treatment for all participants.

If the course is cancelled  

If the course is cancelled by the institute, we will notify all those who have reserved a study place personally. Any course fees already paid will be refunded or credited as agreed.
