Raahe-opisto has received a study voucher grant of €4,400 awarded by the Finnish National Agency for Education. The funding is allocated to course fees for pensioners, unemployed persons, and immigrants.

For the purposes of this grant, immigrants are foreign nationals who have moved to Finland and have a municipality of residence in Finland in accordance with the Municipality of Residence Act (201/1994). Persons receiving a part-time pension are not eligible for the study voucher.

The study voucher entitles the recipient to participate free of charge in one course organised by Raahe-opisto. The voucher is personal and does not cover any material costs that may be associated with the course.

The application period for study vouchers is from 10 August to 14 September 2026. Applicants will be informed of a positive decision by text message or telephone.
